Damage done to my kitchen floor by a Southwestern Bell repairman
Gentry's is now trying to make ME pay for the damage after saying they would make the repairs.
I lived with this damage for over 2 years and they never repaired the damage.
I provided this photo to them both via e-mail and a color print out. It should be in their files.
Notice the overall condition of the flooring is not that great to start with.
It is discolored and dirty, yet I had only lived there for 2 weeks when this picture was taken...
