This is my very first competition. I was 19 years old and still in the US Navy. My shirt is one of my white uniform shirts and my tie is a Navy issue regulation black tie. The rest of my outfit was hand made by Juanita Hall, Gwen's mother. She also made Gwen's skating outfit. These were "the good ol' days" ...and I sure wish I could get that waist line back!
